The Woodlands Township to hold Board of Directors Meeting Sept. 25

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Woodlands Township will hold a Board of Directors Meeting on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at The Woodlands Township, 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard, The Woodlands, Texas 77381. The Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.

Agenda items will include:

• Receive, consider and act upon a proposal from ENVIROdredge for the desiltation of Alden Bridge Pond (west);
• Receive, consider and act upon an award of contract for on-call property services at Township transit facilities;
• Receive, consider and act upon a new multi-functional printer lease contract with Xerox Business Solutions Southwest/ Xerox Financial Services;
• Receive, consider and act upon an update on The Woodlands 50th Anniversary;
• Receive, consider and act upon an award of contract for commuter bus service operations for The Woodlands Express;
• Receive, consider and act upon the financial report;
• Receive, consider and act upon an update regarding the Village Presidents' Council.
