The Signorelli Company Taps Patrick Stites to Lead Growth of Its Commercial Pipeline

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Signorelli Company (TSC), one of the largest privately held real estate development firms in Texas, is expanding its Commercial Development team with the addition of experienced real estate executive, Patrick Stites, as Vice President. In this role, Stites will oversee the predevelopment and business development efforts for much of TSC’s commercial pipeline. With a career spanning 14 years, Stites has successfully managed dynamic commercial real estate investments, making him ideally suited to contribute to the company’s growth and its major mixed-use projects underway in its Montgomery and Fort Bend County master planned communities.

Prior to The Signorelli Company, Stites spent 10 years with the real estate firm Howard Hughes Corporation, most recently serving as Vice President of Investments. In this role, he managed Houston’s 4 million square foot office and retail portfolio, the acquisition of the 1.4 million square foot former Anadarko Office Headquarters, the acquisition of the 250,000 square foot former Chicago Bridge and Iron Headquarters, and development of the 66-acre award winning mixed-use project, Hughes Landing, in The Woodlands.

Stites joins at an exciting time as Austin Point, a 4,700-acre regionally transformative, satellite city in Fort Bend County, prepares to welcome its first residents. Located at the future intersection of Fort Bend Parkway and Grand Parkway, along with 14,000 residences, Austin Point’s plan includes more than 17 million square feet dedicated to office, medical, retail, hospitality and multifamily. Construction of Austin Point is underway, with the first homes available for purchase in spring 2025.

Stites holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Cincinnati and a master's degree in Land & Real Estate Development from Texas A&M University.
