Texas Department of Transportation announces Public Transportation Advisory Committee virtual public meeting

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Texas Department of Transportation recently announced its next Public Transportation Advisory Committee virtual public meeting, scheduled for Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 10 a.m.

The virtual public meeting will be held remotely via Zoom and can be accessed starting on that date and time at https://www.txdot.gov/projects/hearings-meetings/public-transportation/2024/112124.html.

PTAC is a nine-member legislatively appointed committee that advises the Texas Transportation Commission about public transportation-related matters. The committee’s meetings are open to the public. Each PTAC meeting includes an opportunity for anyone in attendance to address the committee. The Teams, however, allows attendees to listen/view presentations only.

The PTAC meeting will be conducted in English. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided for you. If you have a disability and need assistance, special arrangements can be made to accommodate most needs.
