San Jacinto River Authority’s Woodlands Division wraps up 2024 with multiple projects underway

THE WOODLANDS – SJRA’s Woodlands Division has numerous ongoing projects designed to maximize water usage efficiency and lower costs and mitigate issues. Currently, the below projects are underway from now through 2026.

Town Center

• AC Water Line Condition Assessment – April 2024-July 2025

Village of Alden Bridge

• Water Well Nos. 22, 26, and 33 Rehabilitation and Water Well No. 2 Abandonment – May 2024-Spring 2025
• Elevated Storage Tank 6 – December 2023-Fall 2026

Village of Cochran’s Crossing

• WWTF No. 2 Tertiary Filter Improvements – September 2020-Winter 2026
• Water Well No. 5, 11, and 32 Rehabilitation – June 2023-Fall 2024

Village of College Park

• Water Well Nos. 22, 26, and 33 Rehabilitation and Water Well No. 2 Abandonment – May 2024-Spring 2025
• AC Water Line Condition Assessment – April 2024-July 2025
