Ritch Wheeler, Sworn in as Montgomery County Precinct 3 Commissioner, Announces Key Staff Appointment

SPRING, TX -- Ritch Wheeler officially assumed office as Montgomery County Precinct 3 Commissioner on January 1, 2025, pledging to serve the residents through transparency and integrity. Commissioner Wheeler was elected on November 5, 2024, following a decisive victory that highlighted strong support for his vision for economic growth, education reform, and public safety.

In a statement, Commissioner Wheeler said:
“I am deeply honored to serve the people of Precinct 3 and am committed to working to address the challenges and opportunities facing our community. Together, with my dedicated team, we will strive to deliver meaningful results for our constituents through collaboration and accessibility.”

As part of their transition into office, Commissioner Wheeler announced the appointment of the leadership staff:
• Matt Beasley, Chief of Staff: Serving Montgomery County in different capacities since 2003. Most recently served as Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3 for six years. Matt will oversee the office’s operations and strategic initiatives.
• Ronda Trow, Director of Public Affairs: Born and raised in Montgomery County and has served in public sector roles for over 15 years. Ronda will focus on engaging with the public and ensuring transparency.
• Andy DuBois, Director of Operations: Serving Montgomery County, Precinct 3, since 2018. Andy will manage projects and oversee operations of Precinct 3.
