The Woodlands Township Launches New Homeschool P.E. Program

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands Township Recreation Department is thrilled to announce a brand-new program designed specifically for homeschooling families: Homeschool P.E. Starting this January, children ages 8 to 12 are invited to join an engaging and educational program focused on the fundamentals of physical education and teamwork in sports.

This program offers a unique opportunity for homeschooled students to enhance their learning experience through organized physical activities and team sports, including soccer, basketball, and table tennis. Participants will develop essential skills, build confidence, and foster friendships in a fun and supportive environment.

Program Details:

• What: Homeschool P.E. (Ages 8 to 12)
• When: Thursdays, January 30 – February 20, 2025 | 2:00 – 3:00 PM
• Where: The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park
• Fees: $50 for Residents, $55 for Non-Residents
• Registration Deadline: Monday, January 27, 2025
