9 candidates prepare for GMVA board elections

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The February 2025 Residential Design Review Committee and Village Association elections have been set for Saturday, February 15, 2025, with convenience voting beginning on Monday, February 10.
There are currently nine people running for election to the Grogan's Mill Village Assocation Board of Directors, for which there are seven slots available. The candidates are:
- Charlotte Cantu
- Kari Brown
- Katia Arango
- Wes Cordova (Incumbent)
- Vince Fredrick (Incumbent)
- Georges Clement Nama
- Neil Gaynor
- Aaron Hoffstadter (Incumbent)
Additionally, incumbent Sara Bissig (Incumbent) was added as a write-in candidate.
Residents and property owners, ages 18 and older, of Grogan’s Mill Village may vote in the Grogan’s Mill Village Association election.
As far as the Grogan’s Mill Residential Design Review Committee positions, these seats are uncontested so no election will take place.

All voting for the Residential Design Review Committees and Village Associations will take place at The Woodlands Township Town Hall, located at 2801 Technology Forest Blvd. Residents and property owners may take advantage of convenience voting from Monday, February 10 through Friday, February 14, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Election Day, Saturday, February 15, 2025, polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Election results will be posted on the Township website, thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/februaryelection following the election.
