Montgomery County DA’s Office Enforces “No Refusal” Blood Draw Program for The Big Game

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- As football fans gear up for The Big Game tonight, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office reminds everyone to celebrate responsibly. To ensure the safety of all motorists, the No Refusal Blood Draw Program will be in effect throughout the evening.
Law enforcement officers will be on heightened patrol, and any driver suspected of being impaired who refuses a breathalyzer test will be subject to a court-ordered blood draw. District Attorney personnel will be stationed at the jail to assist in obtaining blood samples from intoxicated drivers.
The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office encourages all residents to enjoy the game responsibly and look out for one another. Remember: Friends don’t let friends drive drunk.
