MCTX Sheriff Arrests Crime Stoppers Top 10 Featured Felon

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On February 13, 2025, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe Police Department personnel who are members of the USMS Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force alongside US Marshals, arrested top 10 fugitive, 61-year-old Joseph Keith Powell. Powell was arrested for warrants in Montgomery County for Felony three, Carrying of a Prohibited Weapon. Powell is currently confined in the Montgomery County Jail.
