Conroe Man Arrested for Indecency with a Child

CONROE, TX -- In January 2025, detectives from Constable Ryan Gable’s Children’s Safe Harbor unit received a report regarding Jose Guadalupe Huerta, a resident of Conroe, TX, who was alleged to have engaged in sexual contact with a child under the age of 10.

Following a thorough investigation that included interviews and the review of supporting evidence, detectives from Pct. 3 secured an arrest warrant for Huerta on the charge of Indecency with a Child – Sexual Contact, a second-degree felony. He was apprehended on March 17, 2025, and booked into the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail.
