Trademark Property Company Taps Noemi Gonzalez as General Manager of Market Street

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Mixed-use real estate investor, developer, and operator Trademark Property Company (Trademark) today announces the appointment of Noemi Gonzalez to General Manager of Market Street – The Woodlands, a walkable, suburban town center that seamlessly blends shopping, dining, and entertainment with best-in-class office and hotel spaces. Previously serving as the marketing director for Market Street since 2015, Gonzalez succeeds Jenny Taylor as general manager, who recently departed the role in February.
In her new role, Gonzalez will manage day-to-day operations of the 560,000-square-foot mixed-use property, which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2024, as well as oversee property staff, budget expenditures, and maintenance and security measures to sustain a favorable and enjoyable environment for Market Street guests. She will also serve as a liaison between tenants and ownership to support the success of the property and help facilitate leasing efforts.
“Noemi’s boundless creativity, exceptional leadership capabilities, and passion for The Woodlands community have been excellent assets to Market Street over the years,” said Terry Montesi, CEO at Trademark. “These qualities make her perfectly suited to guide Market Street into its next chapter as it continues to hold its position as a best-in-class and innovative destination for locals and visitors alike.”
As marketing director at Market Street, Gonzalez headed up a number of unique initiatives that reinforced the property as one of the nation’s top performing outdoor retail collections. She supervised the transformation of Market Street’s Central Park, refreshing the outdoor space with durable turf and installed a permanent stage for performances. Today, the park plays host to up to 250 events per year. Under Gonzalez’s leadership, the property’s programming calendar has expanded significantly, with Market Street serving as a true gathering place for the community. Gonzalez also led Market Street’s recent collaboration with LuxuryLab Global, Latin America’s leading platform for luxury market insights, to highlight international luxury brands at its properties.
“It has been a privilege to work alongside the team to bring Market Street to a place of pride for The Woodlands, a neighborhood where I not only work, but have lived as a member of the community for more than 15 years,” said Gonzalez. “I firmly believe that The Woodlands is one of the best places to be and will make it my mission to ensure Market Street remains the ultimate destination for my neighbors to find sparks of joy and inspiration through a strong, people-first operational strategy.”
Aligning with Market Street’s various give-back initiatives, including the Change for Charity program which has raised more than $400,000 to benefit Montgomery County charities, Gonzalez is an active member of her community. She is a sustainer for the Junior League of the Woodlands, Board member for the Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival, and a volunteer with Interfaith of The Woodlands.
Market Street consists of almost 400,000 square feet of retail, including a mix of premier, first-to-market brands, 15 restaurants, a luxury cinema, and a high-end, one-of-a-kind H-E-B grocery store; 115,000 square feet of Class A office space; and a 70-room, 70,000-square-foot Hyatt Centric hotel. Last year, Market Street welcomed a number of new tenants, including outdoor gear brand YETI, Golden Goose, Oliver Peoples, BOSS, Alo and a newly expanded Thomas Markle. The property is currently 94% leased, with additional tenant openings planned for Q3 and Q4 2025.
