• Full Credit Report
• Criminal Report
• Eviction Report
• Income Insights Report
• Identity Report including U.S. social security number

Application will be denied for applicants whose selection criteria reveals criminal history, insufficient credit history, eviction history, and inability to establish identity.   Insufficient current income will require additional verification of your ability to meet lease obligation to make timely payments of rent.  If you do not meet the selection criteria, or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, your application may be rejected and your application fee will not be refunded.
