Rock the Row at Hughes Landing
Bring a waterproof blanket just in case and head out to the Rock the Row - Summer Series featuring Amado J. Garcia tonight starting at 7 p.m. Experience Hughes Landing on scenic Lake Woodlands with live music. Rock the Row features local and regional bands playing a variety of favorites from pop and rock to country during the spring, summer and fall.

Anderson Daniels at Dosey Doe Breakfast, BBQ, & Whiskey Bar
Anderson is on a straight-line to creating the Midwestern sound in country music. This 26-year-old Minnesota native takes pride in the blended sound that pulls from his roots. He’s hitting the stage at 8 o’clock; doors open at 6:30 and be sure to grab dinner! Tickets now are only $15 but will cost an additional $5 if purchased at the door.

Matt Wertz at Dosey Doe - The Big Barn
Meanwhile, over at Dosey Doe’s larger location on I-45 south between Woodlands Parkway and Sawdust, Nashville singer-songwriter Matt Wertz will be taking the stage. Again, show up early and enjoy a full-course delicious dinner!

Houston Symphony plays ‘Batman’ at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion
Celebrating the film’s 35th anniversary, the “Batman” tour arrives at The Pavilion with the Houston Symphony. Guests who attend will enjoy the film projected onto a larger-than-life screen while Danny Elfman’s iconic musical score is performed by a live orchestra. Expect a superheroic symphony - guests are even encouraged to dress up as their favorite DC superhero. Gates open at 6 p.m. for a 7 p.m. start. This is a FREE show!

Rock the Park at Sawyer Park Icehouse

While his name might sound like an ‘80s cop show title, Chuck Cannon is a singer-songwriter with quite a history. His compositions include hit singles for Toby Keith and John Michael Montgomery. Cannon has also received awards for Broadcast Music Incorporated, as well as an Academy of Country Music award for Song of the Year.

Koe Wetzel with Pecos and the Rooftops and Kolton Moore & the Clever Few is coming to The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion tonight, presented by Huntsman. If you plan on lawn seating, check the weather and dress accordingly, but be sure you’re familiar with the pavilion’s stringent bag rules.

Hit Nights, Cool Grooves at City Place
A new, complimentary summer concert experience: Hot Nights, Cool Grooves takes center stage at City Place tonight from 6 - 9:30 p.m. as this season draws to a close The vibrant evening, featuring back-to-back sets, will also feature an assortment of pop-ups, including food trucks with items for purchase, fruit samples from The Peach Truck, beer giveaways from Houston-based Saint Arnold Brewing Company, photo opportunities, plus event swag giveaways and other surprise activations. The shows are open seating, and blankets and low-profile lawn chairs are welcome. The bands tonight are high energy rock act The Turnaways and New Orleans-based pop band Sweet Crude

American rockabilly band Two Tons of Steel is going to bring the beat to the Big Barn tonight at 8:30; but the kitchen opens up a couple of hours earlier to serve you an amazing four-course dinner. Indoor fun at its finest!
