Lone Star GCD has a new permit application system in place

The Lone Star Groundwater Conservation District (LSGCD) recently announced an update to its permit application process.

"Effective November 15th, 2024, all permit applications will be available exclusively on the LSGCD website. Applications previously hosted on our software platform will no longer be accessible, and any older application formats submitted after this date will not be accepted," said Sarah Kouba, general manager of LSGCD in a statement.

"To ensure a smooth transition, we encourage you to visit our website at lonestargcd.org to access the latest application forms. These updated forms are designed to improve clarity, accuracy, and efficiency in processing your requests.... If an outdated application is sibmitted, it will be returned along with instructions for resubmission using the most recent forms."
