The HTX Soccer Recreational Program began its first week of the spring season this past Saturday with certain campuses rolling out their first weekend across Houston. This season, over 3,300 players on 450 teams will participate in weekly activities to develop their soccer skills and love of the game. More than 15,000 weekly spectators will attend over 1,800 games played at our facilities in Clear Lake, Creekside, Friendswood, Fulshear, Humble, Kingwood, Katy, League City, Sienna, Tomball, The Woodlands & Woodforest.

“We’d like to sincerely thank the parents and spectators for creating a wonderful atmosphere at our facilities during this Spring season. Additionally, we extend our gratitude to over 600 volunteer coaches, who are the heartbeat of our program, and the reason so many players fall in love with the game. We look forward to what promises to be another tremendous spring season." Phil Ebner, Grassroots Director.

"We are delighted to kick off the Spring 2025 season in Sienna. I’d like to thank the staff for all their efforts during registration, team formation, scheduling and field preparations," said Sam Buckman, Sienna Director. "A big shout out to the volunteer coaches for dedicating their time to our Sienna recreational teams. Saturday was a tremendous start with the players and parents bringing plenty of energy."

"The opening game day of recreational and youth academy games was a huge success. It was great to welcome our grassroots players back onto the field with smiles as we look forward to the season ahead," said Chris Kidd, Tomball Recreational / Youth Academy Director. "Thank you to all of the players and spectators that were present to make the opening game day a memorable one."

"You couldn't ask for a better day to kick off the season.  The weather was incredible and the kids were excited for the season to start," said Trey Tesno, Woodforest Recreational Director.  "The program continues to grow to serve an expanding local community and we look forward to the best spring season on record."

The club looks forward to kicking off the season in Clear Lake, Friendswood, Katy, Kingwood, Humble and League City this coming Saturday.
