Important Updates: Journey Together Purchase Policies at The Adventure Begins

The much-anticipated release of Journey Together is here, and we couldn’t be more excited to share this incredible new set with our community! To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all customers, we have implemented important policies regarding reservations and purchasing limits. Please review these carefully before heading to The Adventure Begins for your Journey Together products.

No Reservations for Journey Together

We are no longer accepting reservations for Journey Together products. All purchases must be made in-store and will be subject to our updated limitations outlined below.

Daily Purchase Limits

To provide fair access to as many customers as possible, each Loyalty Account is limited to purchasing one (1) item or SKU per day.

Example:

• You may purchase one (1) Booster Bundle today.

• You may not purchase a Booster Bundle and an Elite Trainer Box (ETB) on the same day.

• If you’d like both, you must return on a different day to make your second purchase.

Additional Purchase Limits (Wave 1: Until April 18, 2025)

To further ensure fair distribution, the following limits apply to each Loyalty Account for the first four (4) weeks of release:

• One (1) Booster Bundle per account

• One (1) Elite Trainer Box (ETB) per account

• One (1) Booster Box per account (counts toward the six-pack limit)

• Two (2) Three-Pack Blisters per account

Additional Purchase & Household Limitations

Further limitations, including household-wide restrictions, may be applied at our discretion based on customer purchase behavior and history. If necessary, additional restrictions may be enforced to prevent abuse of the system and ensure that as many players as possible have access to Journey Together products.

Policy Violations & Consequences

Customers found violating these policies—including purchasing multiple restricted items, attempting to circumvent household limits, or engaging in other rule-breaking behavior—may face additional account restrictions, up to and including a permanent store ban from purchasing Prismatic Evolution products and future releases.

Staff Discretion & Final Decisions

Our employees are empowered to make decisions based on their best judgment. If a customer abuses this trust, further consequences may be applied. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in maintaining a fair environment for all players and collectors.
