Heat & Cold is the combination of both our Infrared Sauna and the Cold Plunge Ice Bath.
Must complete a single session complete with coaching session prior to starting a package.
We have a number of different protocols that you can follow to get the most out of your Contrast Therapy.

5 x 40 min Infrared Sauna session – Heat (Value $200) $25 each . $125 This session includes 30 minutes of sauna and 10 minutes for shower and dressing.

10 x 40 min Infrared Sauna session – Heat (Value $400) $20 each. $200 This session includes 30 minutes of sauna and 10 minutes for shower and dressing.

5 x 70 min Infrared Sauna session – Heat (Value $325) $40 each. $200 This session includes 60 minutes of sauna and 10 minutes for shower and dressing.

10 x 70 min Infrared Sauna session – Heat (Value $650) $35 each. $350 This session includes 60 minutes of sauna and 10 minutes for shower and dressing.

5 x 20 min Cold Plunge Ice Bath session – Cold (Value $200) $25 each. $125 This session includes up to 10 minutes of Cold Plunge Protocol and 10 minutes for shower and dressing.
