Cook Learn Grow is offering a hands-on gourmet cooking lesson this holiday season. Participants 18 and over will be taught all the necessary skills to prepare a fantastic holiday menu of roasted duck with cranberry sauce, smashed potatoes and sauteed spinach. Class will be held on Friday, November 15 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Rob Fleming Rec Center. All necessary ingredients and cooking implements will be provided
