ABOUT VEIL:
Pierce the Veil is a rock band from San Diego, California, founded in 2006 by brothers Vic and Mike Fuentes after the breakup of their previous band, Before Today, which emerged from San Diego's punk scene. In 2007, Jaime Preciado (bass) and Tony Perry (lead guitar) joined the lineup, solidifying the group.
Since the release of their debut album, A Flair for the Dramatic (2007), Pierce the Veil has gained a global following and released five studio albums. Their second album, Selfish Machines (2010), was followed by their breakthrough third album, Collide with the Sky (2012), their first under Fearless Records. This album featured the hit single "King for a Day" and debuted at No. 12 on the US Billboard 200. After releasing their fourth album, Misadventures, on May 13, 2016, the band took a hiatus before returning with their fifth album, The Jaws of Life, on February 10, 2023.
