Half Baked Goodness Conroe will be opening in mid-December and is a family-owned bakery where good vibes and great treats are always on the menu! We’re looking for energetic, creative Bakers to join our fun-loving team. As a Baker, you’ll get hands-on experience making mouthwatering cookies and other baked goods while delivering top-notch customer service. If you love baking and want to be part of a team that’s all about quality and community, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do

- Get creative in the kitchen, balling, baking, and decorating our signature treats.
- Keep the bakery clean and organized so everything runs smoothly.
- Chat with customers, recommend goodies, and make their experience memorable.
- Safely operate kitchen equipment and learn new techniques.
- Help us stay stocked by monitoring supplies and assisting with restocking.
- Share our latest specials and new treats with customers.
- Make sure everything meets food safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

- Some knowledge of baking and kitchen basics (if you’re eager to learn, we can teach you the rest!).
- Experience in a bakery, grocery, or retail setting is a plus.
- Basic math and computer skills to help with transactions and restocking.
- Good time management skills to handle a fast-paced, fun environment.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Friendly and comfortable chatting with customers.
