Demonstrate patience, tolerance, and understanding.
Possess a happy, fun, warm, patient, imaginative, dynamic and energetic disposition
Implement a Constructivist and Socratic methodology to their teaching program
Be excited to join a school that values a strong work ethic and a fun-loving spirit.
Desire to learn about each child; listen, observe, interact, and learn from the child; and help children find ways to better communicate within their environment
Show a commitment to best practices, ongoing learning and self improvement, including, researching, gathering data, and improving one’s knowledge repository in relation to child care practices and the philosophy and curriculum we use.

Requirements

Possess a relevant Degree in teaching/childhood/pedagogy disciplines.
Possess a minimum 5 years teaching experience.
Real life work experience outside of the classroom an advantage.
Additional languages (French/Spanish) an advantage.
Knowledge of the International Baccalaureate and Reggio Emilia an advantage.
Available to start January 2025
