Job Title: Part-Time Property Management Assistant
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (with flexibility to stay later as needed)
Location: Magnolia/The Woodlands/Woodoforest, TX

Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and personable Property Management Assistant to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our property, ensuring exceptional tenant and guest experiences, and coordinating various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Tenant and Member Relations:
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and prospective members, providing friendly and professional assistance.
• Communicate effectively with members and guests via email, phone, and in person.
• Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and assist with tenant requests promptly.
Tours and Onboarding:
• Conduct tours for prospective members, showcasing available spaces and amenities.
• Provide detailed information about property features, membership options, and leasing terms.
Meeting Room Coordination:
• Oversee meeting room bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling and preparation for member and guest use.
• Communicate with members to confirm bookings and address specific needs.
Administrative Support:
• Process incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Maintain organized records and ensure attention to detail in all tasks.
Additional Duties:
• Answer phone calls with professionalism and strong customer service skills.
• Support property management team with miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
• Experience: Previous experience in property management, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in email platforms, scheduling software, CRM system and basic office tools.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, members, and team members.
• Professionalism: Friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent phone etiquette.
