Part-Time Receptionist
Growing CPA firm located in The Woodlands is seeking a motivated part-time receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with management to support tax and accounting engagements for businesses and individuals. This position represents an excellent growth opportunity for a career-minded professional in a family-oriented CPA firm.
Key responsibilities include:
• Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Schedule appointments
• Greet Clients
• Coordinate exchange of documents with clients
• Maintain and organize client documents and database entries
• Assist clients with document management
The hours would be from Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Compensation is $17 per hour.

• Strong computer use skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

• Reception experience (preferred)
