Responsibilities/Daily Tasks

Purchase supplies and materials to ensure necessary functions are executed timely and accurately
Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory
Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete or expired raw material
Communicate with vendors via email and phone
Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure
Ensure that inventory control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business
Continually strive to improve in all aspects of the job
Perform cyclic stock checks
Ensure works orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly

Fluent in English and Spanish
Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proven excellent attendance habits and strong work ethic
Warehouse experience including forklift and pallet jack operation
Ability to withstand the elements as this is an outside, manual labor position
Ability to regularly and safely lift and move materials weighing greater than 20 pounds
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

$17-$22 DOE
