Director of Marketing & Sales
Our health and wellness company is looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing & Sales to lead our business growth, client engagement, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combining business development, marketing, and sales expertise to drive revenue and brand awareness.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee marketing initiatives, client acquisition strategies, and sales operations while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Our clients typically include individuals focused on weight loss, women managing menopause-related health changes, and elite fitness enthusiasts looking to optimize their performance. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base by crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns, partnerships, and community outreach programs. Additionally, you will lead sales efforts by identifying opportunities to promote our science-backed metabolic testing and health coaching services to individuals and organizations.
Beyond driving growth, you will manage daily operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of services while maintaining high-quality standards in client interactions. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with experience in marketing, sales, business management, or the health and wellness industry. You should have a strong ability to engage with clients, build partnerships, and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, sales, business development, or general management (preferably in health, fitness, or wellness industries).
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with a track record of driving growth and revenue.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client engagement skills.
Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns, partnerships, and community outreach programs.
Strong organizational skills, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
Passion for science-backed health and wellness solutions with the ability to educate and inspire clients.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand client reach and enhance brand awareness.
Lead sales initiatives, including client acquisition, business partnerships, and revenue optimization.
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term engagement.
Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning to drive business growth.
Collaborate with our internal Health Coaches to align marketing and sales strategies with service offerings.
Participate in social media, content development, and promotional activities.
Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and community wellness initiatives.
