Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Maximum Athletics! As the first point of contact for our facility, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, managing class scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, coaches, and staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer phone calls and provide information about our gymnastics programs, class schedules, trial classes, our facility policies, etc.

2. Assist clients with scheduling weekly classes, make-up classes, and trial classes using Jack Rabbit software.

3. Process new enrollments and withdrawals while maintaining accurate records.

4. Serve as the communication hub between clients and coaches.

5. Communicate effectively within front desk staff to update each other on daily happenings.

6. Keep the front desk, lobby, and bathrooms clean and organized.

7. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, emails, and other office duties.

Schedule:

This position will require evening shifts throughout the weeks. Once a month, occasionally twice a month, we host a Friday night event that will require your shift to be later than usual. Your scheduled hours will remain the same each week, providing a consistent work schedule.
