Crust Pizza Co. to open third location in Creekside Park Village Center

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) and its wholly-owned subsidiary The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC), today announced that owners, Clint Price and Mark Rasberry, have signed a lease for Crust Pizza Co. in the new Creekside Park Village Center in The Woodlands’ Village of Creekside Park.
The 60-acre Creekside Park Village Center will feature a Village Green that includes a tree-lined park with lush perennial plantings and walkways, prominent water feature, retail, dining and office space. Construction has recently begun on the Village Green. Creekside Park Village Center will be located on Kuykendahl Road between Creekside Forest Drive and Creekside Green Drive. The center will be anchored by an H-E-B grocery store and Walgreen’s Drug Store.
“We are proud to show our support for locally owned Crust Pizza that is expanding into its third location in The Woodlands, specifically in Creekside Park Village Center,” said Alex Sutton, Co-President of The Woodlands Development Company. “The village center is a prime site for merchants and businesses. It is situated near all the new neighborhoods on the west side of the Village of Creekside Park.”
Crust Pizza Co. started its pizza concept in The Woodlands in January 2010 in Panther Creek Village Center. The second restaurant is in Alden Bridge Village Center, which opened in January 2013.
Crust Pizza Co. will open an approximately 2,500-square-foot pizzeria in the Village Green within Creekside Park Village Center. The completion date is slated for the fall of 2014. Crust Pizza uses fresh ingredients and makes their dough from scratch in-house daily. Along with pizza, the restaurant offers salads, pastas and subs.
“We are very excited about opening our third location in Creekside Park Village Center,” said Mark Rasberry, Co-Owner of Crust Pizza. “I am a resident of the Village of Creekside Park and look forward to walking to work.”
Mark Raines with CBRE represented Crust Pizza Co. while Rip Reynolds, Senior Leasing Manager for The Howard Hughes Corporation, represented The Woodlands in the lease transaction.
