Tour all eight model homes in the 120-acre neighborhood of Liberty Branch for a chance to win one of three $500 American Express® gift cards. Four acclaimed homebuilders – Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, J. Kyle Homes and Palmetto Homes – have captured the charm of simpler times with their neo-traditional home designs in Liberty Branch. The homes range from townhomes, attached patio homes to large single-family homes, priced from the $300s - $1 million.
Model Homes are open Monday – Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm, and Sunday from 12 noon – 6 pm. You may tour the new homes anytime during business hours. Receive your Home Tour Card at any of the Liberty Branch models. The card may be returned at any of the models or at The Woodlands Information Center at 2000 Woodlands Parkway. All cards must be received by Monday, May 4, 2015, to be eligible for the drawings.
Two parks – Liberty Square Park and Rockwell Square Park – add to the nostalgic, close-knit feeling of the neighborhood. Liberty Square Park is a 1.6-acre greenspace that features a beautifully-detailed gazebo, picnicking and seating areas. The design of 1.5-acre Rockwell Square Park features a pavilion resembling a one-room schoolhouse as its centerpiece and a playground and open field where neighborhood children can gather to play.
In addition to the parks within Liberty Branch, the neighborhood is also close to the new 60-acre Creekside Park Village Center featuring a Village Green, a large tree-lined park with a prominent water feature for families; and an HEB Creekside Market and Walgreens as its anchor. Nearby are also the 1,700-acre George Mitchell Nature Preserve, 33-acre Rob Fleming Park and Aquatic Center, and the Creekside YMCA. Timber Creek K-6 Elementary School, part of the Recognized Tomball ISD, is also close by.
