Constables Seek The Public's Help In Identifying Suspects Who Stole Over $8,000.00 In Diesel Fuel in Spring

SPRING, TX -- On March 14, 2022, Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the Chevron Gas Station located at 6114 Root Road in the North Hampton subdivision in reference to a theft of diesel fuel. Upon arriving, it was discovered that video surveillance captured footage of the theft.

The suspects operating multiple vehicles including a white 1990 extended cab Ford Super Duty flatbed pickup with five middle roof clearance lights with the middle not working, unlocked a gas pump and stole 1,754 gallons of diesel fuel, totaling at $8,331.50.

The driver was captured on video wearing a yellow hooded rain jacket.
