CONROE, TX -- Prospective homebuyers will have an opportunity to explore new model homes and amenities — as well as a chance to win a Container Store gift card — during Grand Central Park’s Be Amazed Home Tour taking place July 1 to 31.

Eight builders will showcase their model homes throughout the month. During the tour, visitors can sign up for an opportunity to win a $1,000 Container Store gift card. Models are open daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.

“This Is a great opportunity for people to see what's new at Grand Central Park,” said Bob Douglas, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Grand Central Park. “We have two spectacular new model homes we can't wait to show off, as well as a new amenity. We think people will be amazed at the lifestyle they can enjoy when they make their home with us.”

Two builders, J. Patrick Homes and Jamestown Estate Homes, recently opened new model homes in the Conroe community. Both builders offer homes on 70-foot homesites in the community's South Village. They are also the exclusive builders in Deer Lake Estates, a luxury home enclave offering semi-custom and custom homes on 75- and 80-foot properties.

Coventry Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes and Westin Homes also build in Grand Central Park.

In addition to the model homes, visitors will have an opportunity to see Grand Central Park's newest amenity, Kinetic Park. Kinetic Park joins a long list of world-class amenities at Grand Central Park, including The Lake House amenity complex, three lakes, dog parks, hiking trails and more.
