Revisions to the City of Conroe Personnel Manual

CONROE, TX -- City Council members unanimously voted to approve revisions to the City of Conroe Personnel Manual during the City Council Meeting on April 13th.

One significant change to the manual is the Alternative Reporting Channel of Harassment and Other Ethics Violations. In order to improve City operations and to demonstrate a commitment to high ethical standards, the city has selected a third-party confidential hotline provider to provide employees with a simple, risk-free way to anonymously and confidentially report activities that may involve criminal, unethical, or otherwise inappropriate behavior. Employees can file a report online or via a toll-free 1-800 number. The City guarantees that reports submitted via the hotline will be handled promptly and discreetly.
