Fired Up Tours at The Woodlands Fire Stations
Experience the lights and sirens of public safety and explore a fire truck and police vehicle with The Woodlands' finest! These tours will be held on various dates at different Fire Stations around The Woodlands throughout May, providing an exciting opportunity for families and individuals to get up close and personal with the vehicles and personnel who keep our community safe.

Bike Month
May is National Bike Month. Celebrate the joy of cycling with a series of events throughout the month. With the support of Bike The Woodlands Coalition, The Woodlands Township offers activities for all ages and skill levels. The Woodlands Triathlon
Saturday, May 11, 2024
7 to 11 a.m.

Get ready to swim, bike, and run in one of the region's premier multi-sport events starting at Northshore Park, 2505 Lake Woodlands Drive. The Woodlands Triathlon, produced by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department, offers a beginner-friendly atmosphere, first-rate race management, and scenic courses. Whether you're a seasoned triathlete or a first-timer, this event promises an unforgettable experience. Bands and Badges Concert

Enjoy a concert at Rob Fleming Park, 6055 Creekside Forest Drive, honoring Neighborhood Watch Coordinators. Gather together with friends and family for an evening of music and celebration.

Bands, Badges & Bikes
Saturday, May 18, 2024
5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Don't miss the highlight of May's bike events, join us for "Bands, Badges & Bikes" at Northshore Park, 2505 Lake Woodlands Drive. This celebration of our bicycle-friendly community, honors first responders and the 40th Anniversary of the Neighborhood Watch Program. Enjoy a free evening of live music by the Level One Band (Motown Funk). This family-fun event also features bike maintenance demonstrations, bike safety information, children's activities, a kids' bike rodeo, food trucks and more. Attendees are encouraged to bike to the event. The first 200 bikers and first responders will receive a free Kona Ice snow cone!
