THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On Monday, June 3, 2024, Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Deputies assigned to The Woodlands Township Patrol Division responded to a Burglary in Progress call near the 100 block of Pleasure Cove Drive in The Woodlands. The homeowner, who was away at the time, reported that three individuals wearing masks had broken into their residence and were spotted on security cameras inside the house.

Upon arrival, the Deputies spotted a vehicle leaving the scene and conducted a traffic stop. The occupants of the vehicle were identified as 19-year-old Jada Miles from Palestine, Texas, 29-year-old Christian Rucker from Pearland, Texas, and 28-year-old Christopher Mosley from Houston, Texas. Upon searching the vehicle, the Deputies found several stolen items from the home, including an ID tag with the homeowner's name on it.

Due to the quick response of the responding Deputies, all three individuals were arrested for Burglary of a Habitation, a second-degree felony. They are currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $50,000 bond. Additionally, it was discovered that Mosley has an open warrant for burglary in Georgia, and Miles is currently out on bond for evading arrest in a motor vehicle in Anderson County, Texas.
