Flags Ordered To Half-Mast To Acknowledge The Passing Of Dean Towery

CONROE, TX -- Mayor Duke W. Coon has ordered all flags flying at city buildings and properties to be lowered to half-mast to acknowledge the passing of former Public Works Director Dean Towery, who passed away on Sunday, June 30th.
Flags will remain at half-mast until sunset on Friday, July 5th.

Towery dedicated 32 years of his life in service to the City of Conroe with a clear and impactful vision: to foster a robust team committed to exceeding the expectations of its citizens.
