CONROE, TX -- Current level of Lake Conroe is 201.56 feet above mean sea level (msl) with an outflow rate of 5,335 cubic feet per second (cfs). According to the National Weather Service, rainfall potential remains in place through 6:00pm this evening. The outflow amount could possibly increase if additional rain occurs in the watershed.

Lake Conroe will continue to pass through storm water and runoff received in the Upper San Jacinto River Basin until Lake Conroe returns to normal conservation lake level of 201 feet above msl. Monitor real-time information on Lake Conroe at www.sjra.net.

We will continue to monitor the forecast. We are in coordination with the City of Houston, Montgomery County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, and the National Weather Service.
