Residential Design Review Committee volunteers needed for the villages of Sterling Ridge and College Park

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Volunteers are needed to fill vacancies on The Woodlands Residential Design Review Committees (RDRC) for the villages of Sterling Ridge and College Park. Volunteers must own property and reside in their respective village to serve on the committee.

The Residential Design Review Committee is a design and review group within The Woodlands who will represent the resident viewpoint essential to the evaluation and approval process that protects the integrity of neighborhoods and the natural beauty of The Woodlands and the Residential Development Standards.

The Sterling Ridge committee meets on the first Thursday of each month at 2 p.m. and the College Park committee meets on the first Thursday of each month at 5 p.m.

Those interested may obtain an application online at www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/covenants, in the Residential Design Review Committees section. Completed applications must be dropped off at The Woodlands Township Town Hall or be mailed to The Woodlands Township at 2801 Technology Forest Blvd., The Woodlands, TX 77381, and be received (not post marked) no later than noon on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. The appointment will be made at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the RDRC on September 5, 2024.
