LSC-University Park hosts Fit4Life community wellness fair on Oct. 9

HOUSTON, TX -- Lone Star College-University Park (LSC-University Park) invites the community to attend the 2024 Fit4Life Wellness Fair on Wednesday, Oct. 9, from noon to 3 p.m. The event takes place in the Grand Hall of the Commons Building at LSC-University Park, 20515 SH 249, Houston, TX 77070, and will offer a range of health and wellness resources for students, faculty, staff, and community members.

The annual free event is provided to those looking for resources to improve their physical health, mental wellness, or overall quality of life. Featured vendors will offer free health screenings, educational booths, healthy snacks, exercise demonstrations, and much more.

"The Fit4Life Wellness Fair is a testament to our dedication to providing our students, faculty, staff, and the community with the resources they need to thrive."

The Fit4Life Wellness Fair is the perfect event to explore new ideas and connect with others in the community.

Attendees are encouraged to park in Parking Garages 10 and 11. Parking and admission are free.
