Grogan’s Mill Village Association donates $12K to Conroe ISD schools

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Grogan’s Mill Village Association recently donated a total of $12,000 to four CISD schools in Grogan’s Mill. At the October meeting of the Village Association, four $3,000 checks were distributed to Principal Alison Brown of Lamar Elementary, Principal Tracy Horne of Hailey Elementary, Principal Connie Horton of Wilkerson Intermediate, and Principal Stacey Moseley of Knox Junior High. Each principal took the opportunity to speak with the GMVA Board of Directors and discuss efforts in their schools.

Scholarship program a special pride to the association and its residents

The GMVA donates a portion of the proceeds from The Woodlands Farmers Market to the CISD schools in Grogan’s Mill each year. Additionally, similar funds are awarded to qualifying high school students who live in the Village in the annual GMVA scholarship program.
