Toys for Tots is ready for your donation with dozens of local drop-off locations

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The 77th annual Toys For Tots campaign has returned, bringing Christmas magic to children everywhere. With the help from the kindness of others and their sponsors, the Toys for Tots project secures gifts for less fortunate children come the holidays.

Founded in 1941, Toys For Tots is a nonprofit organization started by the U.S Marine Corps, founded by Major Bill Hendricks. Beginning with his wife making small dolls to donate to an agency, the project has expanded to a national level, helping countless children in need.

Across the nation, this program aims to distribute toys to underprivileged children and raise awareness, promoting charity each winter season. Since its establishment, more than 560 million toys have reached nearly 300 million children, and more than $5,000,000 has been raised for gifted books. More than 10,000 children have been supported in the South Montgomery County area alone, with more than 25,000 toys amassed this past year. Growing in scope and reach each year, Toys for Tots is only increasing in its broad range of impact.

Toys for Tots seeks out new and unwrapped gifts and looks towards donations from now until December 6. Toys will be distributed from now through December 13. From trains to cars, dolls to dinosaurs, drop-off stations are found at the following area locations – note that dates and times may vary:
