Rossnaree Travel: An emerald in the rough
THE WOODLANDS, TX – Recently, Ursula Blackburne hosted the grand opening of her new business, Rossnaree Travel, of which she is founder and CEO. The fun-filled event took place at The Black Walnut and brought travelers, business leaders, and community icons to help celebrate Blackburne and her staff.
The name of the agency was chosen to honor Blackburne’s Irish roots; ‘Rossnaree’ is Gaelic for ‘wood of kings’ – as well as the name of a small village in County Meath, Ireland, just west of Drogheda, if you’re counting.
“Our mission is to create unforgettable travel experiences that authentically connect our customers to the world around them,” said Blackburne. “We are passionate about understanding your unique desires and needs, ensuring each journey is personalized, enriching and filled with joy. With a commitment to exceptional customer service and genuine care, we put our customers at the heart of everything we do.”
Blackburne enjoys three decades of experience within the travel industry, allowing her to travel the world and immerse herself in local cultures. Her first-hand knowledge of the destinations is extremely helpful when travelers are looking for ideas.
Despite the Irish name, Rossnaree has a global reach; nearly every part of the planet is touched upon by excursion packages. A custom itinerary starts as low as $1,500, and numerous options can take travelers to Croatia, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Hawaii, Alaska, the Caribbean, France, Amsterdam, Scotland, and – of course – the Emerald Isle itself, Ireland.
“We don’t just book trips; we create experiences to last a lifetime,” said Blackburne, making sure to point out that Rossnaree has a special ‘Black Friday’ sale section on its website.
Woodlands Online welcomes Rossnaree to the community.
