Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County welcomes Judy Rodgers as new Director of Strategic Partnerships
THE WOODLANDS, TX – Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, TX (Habitat MCTX) is pleased to announce Judy Rodgers as its new Director of Strategic Partnerships. As a key member of the organization’s senior leadership team, Judy will lead Habitat MCTX’s resource development program, bringing her extensive experience in fundraising, major gift acquisition, board development, capital campaign management and advancement services to further the organization’s mission of building homes, communities and hope.
In her role, Judy will develop and implement a strategic vision for Habitat MCTX’s resource development initiatives, aligning them with the organization’s long-term goals for community impact. Her leadership will drive major gift acquisition, corporate and faith-based sponsorships, planned giving, volunteer management, and marketing and communication efforts. With a proven record of fostering donor relationships and growing philanthropic support, Judy is poised to expand the organization’s reach and deepen its impact.

Judy Rodgers brings over two decades of experience in advancing philanthropic support for nonprofit organizations, including higher education, social services, and cultural institutions. Judy previously served as Vice President of Advancement for a 150-year-old regional university in Ohio, where she rebuilt the advancement department, driving significant growth in support and participation. She has also held leadership roles in startup universities and seminaries, applying best practices from large-scale fundraising organizations to smaller nonprofits, achieving exceptional year-over-year growth.
Judy earned her master’s degree in international affairs from American University and is passionate about creating lasting impact through her work.
