Constable Ryan Gable’s Office Investigates and Arrests Worship Leader for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child

CONROE, TX -- On January 4, 2025, deputies from the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office were dispatched to investigate a report of child sexual abuse. Upon arrival, deputies learned that Sean Carroll Aveilhe was accused of sexually abusing a young female with whom he attended church.

Aveilhe was employed as a worship leader at Breath of Life Church in Conroe, Texas. Following the initial report, the victim was interviewed at Children’s Safe Harbor in Conroe, where she disclosed details of the alleged abuse.

As part of the investigation, Precinct 3 detectives executed a search warrant on January 30, 2025, at a residence in Conroe to gather further evidence. Shortly thereafter, Aveilhe was arrested and charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail, where he is being held on a $100,000 bond.
