THE WOODLANDS, TX – 2025 seems to already be zipping by, and so far there have been a handful of holidays that may have caught us unawares. Spring Break is no exception – the four major local independent school districts that affect The Woodlands are all out of class next week, leaving the weekdays of March 10 - 14 with gaping holes wide open on most parents’ schedules.

(Add to the mix that, while Conroe and Houston ISDs are back in session on Monday, March 17, Montgomery and Tomball ISDs are taking the day off for ‘teacher in-service days’ that have nothing to do with St. Patrick’s Day, we’re sure.)

If you’re one of the innumerable parents who are suddenly clicking that your little loved ones will not be in school for an entire week, not to worry. Woodlands Online has some places and events that can take the pressure off your workdays for the week.

Whether you need total daytime coverage or just some stolen time, Woodlands area businesses have you covered, including these great choices.
