Valley Ranch Town Center Expands Healthcare Services With Addition of Memorial Hermann Medical Group

Memorial Hermann Medical Group now serving Valley Ranch community
THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Signorelli Company, one of the largest privately held real estate developers in Texas, announces a lease agreement with Memorial Hermann Medical Group, one of the Houston area’s largest and most experienced physician networks for a new 7,306-square-foot primary care clinic at its award-winning Valley Ranch Town Center.
New clinic provides convenient primary care to meet the wellness needs of the community and surrounding areas
Located at 21383 Valley Ranch Blvd, in New Caney, TX, Memorial Hermann Medical Group Valley Ranch is now open and accepting patients from the growing Valley Ranch community and surrounding areas, improving access to critical care for residents. The clinic offers state-of-the-art primary care for patients of all ages, including diagnosis and treatment, routine and preventive care, physical exams, management of chronic health conditions and immunizations and screenings.

Valley Ranch Continues Dynamic Growth
The addition of Memorial Hermann comes as The Signorelli Company recently announced several new projects, including The Marketplace at Valley Ranch. This 188-acre district is slated to begin construction next year, and will feature 850,000 square feet of retail space, designed as an upscale, curated shopping and lifestyle destination further diversifying the community’s retail and lifestyle offerings.
Construction on the new 210,000 square-foot convention center within the Valley Ranch Entertainment District is also underway, creating new opportunities for hospitality, retail and entertainment uses. Hope Media Group, corporate headquarters for Christian ministry with multiple media brands and state-of-the-art broadcast studios opening Summer 2025.
Valley Ranch Town Center is currently ranked as the #1 most visited open air shopping center in Greater Houston, according to Placer.ai.
