Breaking: 22-Year-Old in Critical Condition After Conroe Shooting; Investigation Ongoing

CONROE, TX -- On March 24, 2025, at approximately 11:30 a.m., deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of a shooting at the intersection of Hilltop Drive and White Oak Orchard in Conroe, Texas.

Deputies discovered a 22-year-old-male had been shot at that location. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he is currently in critical condition.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit, Gang Investigations Unit, and Crime Scene Investigators are currently on-scene conducting their investigation.
