MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- In February 2025, detectives from Constable Ryan Gable’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit launched an investigation into the possession and distribution of child sexual assault material involving minors. This investigation led to the identification of Sebastian Wisch as the suspect. A search warrant was executed at Wisch's residence, where detectives found electronic devices containing images and videos of child sexual assault material.

Wisch was arrested during the search and is facing two counts of Possession of Child Pornography, categorized as first-degree felonies. He was booked into the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail but was released on March 20, 2025, after posting bail. On March 24, 2025, three additional charges of Possession of Child Pornography were filed as the investigation continued and more electronic devices were analyzed, which had been seized from Wisch’s home. On March 27, 2025, Wisch was taken into custody again, rebooked at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail, and is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.
