Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Arrest for Aggravated Sexual Assault

MONTGOMERY, TX --

On January 22, 2025, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office West Patrol Division responded to a call at a business in Montgomery, Texas. Upon arriving, Deputies discovered that the female victim had been sexually assaulted at another location prior to the call. Deputies from the East Patrol Division were able to identify and locate the male suspect at his residence. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Persons Detectives also responded to the scene. After a thorough investigation, the suspect, Miguel Angel Gonzalez Escobar (26) was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault, a first-degree felony, and was taken to the Montgomery County Jail, where he is being held on a $100,000 bond.
