Child Predator Arrested in The Woodlands - Bret Lee Rodriguez

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On Wednesday, April 2, 2025, Constable Ryan Gable’s ICAC division, in collaboration with the La Porte Police Department, Pearland Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, and Montgomery County Constable’s Offices Precincts 1 and 2, carried out a residential search warrant in Montgomery, Texas.

This search warrant was the result of a proactive investigation by a Montgomery County Pct. 3 ICAC Detective into the promotion and distribution of child pornography in The Woodlands, Texas.

During the execution of the search warrant, the suspect, Bret Lee Rodriguez, was discovered to be in possession of child pornography. He faces five charges of Possession of Child Pornography, including videos depicting child sexual assault, and was subsequently taken to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail. Rodriguez is currently held on a bond of $360,000.
