MCTXSheriff Arrests Fugitive Wanted for Possession of Child Pornography - Samuel William Foster

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On April 3, 2025, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and Conroe Police Department personnel who are members of the USMS Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force alongside US Marshals, federal fugitive, Samuel William Foster. 41-year-old Foster was arrested for federal warrants in Montgomery County for Possession of Child Pornography. Foster is currently confined in the Joe Corley Detention Facility.
