Pine Market to host ‘Self Defense Saturday’ class on Sept. 14

Pine Market at Woodforest, a retail and community center with a significant outdoor presence located at 885 Pine Market Avenue in Montgomery, has announced it will present a free, public self defense class on Saturday, September 14, starting at 10 a.m.
This adult-focused self defense class will help you learn how to defend yourself, provide a great total body workout, and act as a fun activity to enjoy with friends. The event will be hosted by Premier Martial Arts.
